It comes time in every mans life when he needs to be a fucking man. Now the very best way to do that is to buy LAND and develop that land into an ASSET. An ASSET puts money into your pocket. A LIABILITY takes money out. I have allotted 65K dollars to buy land somewhere in the greatest land ever made by god. Appalachia. The land of my forefathers. The land of my blood. The land where my ancestors fought and killed each other in 3 wars for independence. I will keep you the reader posted on what I find.

Market correction is when an overvalued market busts itself down until it is the correct price.

So what is a sell-off? It's really simple, you see us retail investors buy securities and run the price of them up (such as TESLA or APPLE). And then the SELL-OFF phase comes when the institutional investors (banks and funds) sell most of their stuff and TAKE THE MONEY and PUT IT IN THEIR POCKET. As long as this is not the end of the world economic crisis it's a really good chance to pick up some stuff that has recently gone down at a cheaper price.
